The Masked Droid is an app that enables you to hide your ID when calling, and to choose whom your ID must be hidden to.
It has been designed to be easy, user-friendly, reliable, and non-intrusive : no superfluous functions, only the main things.
There are 3 main configurations, one of them requiring the premium version of the app :
- Niver hide your ID
- Hide your ID except when calling one of your contacts. In this configuration, you could customize contact by contact or group by group whom your ID will be hidden to (premium version only)
- Always hide your ID
The app offers the possibility of displaying the chosen configuration in the actions bar at the top of your phone, and an appwidget is available to easily and quickly switch from one configuration to another.
There is a one-week trial period for the premium version. If the app meets your need, you can get the premium version for less than 1 $.
No Ads in the app.
Permissions :
Intercept outgoing call : used to add the prefix to the number dialed in order to hide the ID
Vibrate : used to inform you when your ID is hidden by the app when call somebody
Read contacts : used to manage the contacts or groups of contacts to whom your ID is hidden
