They are designed and created by fitness professionals using scientifically accepted principles of fitness with one purpose: to get YOU to your pole goal FASTER!
You can access your Pole PT programme any time through the Pole PT app. All programmes also include: full video tutorials of every move, printable workout sheets and progress tracking.
