This app lets you measure both in Fahrenheit and Celsius.
The app has a simple user interface in order to be very easy to use.
The device has to have a temperature sensor.
DISCLAIMER: The temperature that the app displays may not be the actual ambient temperature since the internal temperature of the phone may be different from the outside.
