L’app è sviluppata dal JOL MobiLAB, uno dei Joint Open Lab tra Telecom Italia e Politecnico di Torino, importante esempio di Open Innovation e di apertura ai giovani. Utilizza la piattaforma ARTES, creata dai laboratori Telecom Italia di Strategy & Innovation a Torino, che permette di creare app di realtà aumentata in tempi molto brevi e offre a chi crea i contenuti un’interfaccia per arricchirli e modificarli senza ricorrere agli sviluppatori.
