Titan Smile is the mobile app for SMILE customer experience program for World of Titan stores. The program encompasses a host of initiatives that collectively elevate customer experience to the next level and ensure that each customer of World of Titan leaves the store with a smile.
The app is internal for corporate and requires Titan unique ids which are provided by corporate. Using the app store associates can share their customer experiences with Titan corporate. Provide feedback and received updates of new programs and initiatives to be run year long.
