When you access MyTMRS, you can:

• Print account balance and annuity verification letters
• Run retirement estimates
• Download tax documents
• Keep track of your transactions
• Update your federal income tax withholding (retirees)
• Manage your communication preferences
• Update your direct deposit information (retirees)
• Update your HELPS insurance premium deduction (retired public safety officers)
