Gameplay Minecraft after Too Many Items is installed, by selecting it in the Graphical User Interface. The Too Many Items modification consists of the variety of new opportunities and options allowing you better control of the Minecraft gameplay. For example, you shall be able to change day time, game mode etc. Once within the Minecraft world, you shall see a button on the left side of the screen. Upon pressing this button, you shall see the graphical interface containing all blocks, items and other game elements.
