TouchDoodle is the simple way to retrieve, annotate (markup, doodle) on and send or share pictures. It supports drawing lines, arrows, freehand, circles, square, text titles and round or square text callouts for labeling or fun. Choose from 5 simple colors - and don't worry about making mistakes. The 'Edit' tool allows you too choose any annotation and change it's color - or remove it.
To use, take a picture from, or get a Gallery picture - right from the TouchDoodle home screen. Then, choose a tool and color and use your finger and keyboard annotate or markup the photo. Finally, save and share your doodle via text, or send to your favorite apps like instagram, facebook, twitter, tinder and more. The app supports receiving any photo from an app that can share an image.

TouchDoodle was initially designed as a personal tool - not for public use. However, the clean, easy to use interface and simple set of features make it suitable for work or play! Since then, EVM has found other competing apps, like Skitch from Evernote Corporation, or Markup from Graphite, Inc. This is a single-developer project. TouchDoodle contains the functionality, cleanliness and simplicity to compete in this market.

Or, you can just be silly and draw on someones face - or make a simple cartoon.
