Transcendence is an app that serves to create an exclusive platform for transgenders to access employment opportunities, reach out to counselors and build their network via a list of events and hangouts where gender bias is discouraged.These features are important as they have some significance in their day to day life. We believe that they will help to remove gender bias and create a more amiable environment.. It aims to bring the transgender community on an equal footing with the rest of the population.Transgenders across India are not treated as equals and are often denied basic amenities. This does not let them compete equally with others thereby creating a division in the society.
To change this situation and bring about a change in their lives, individuals will use this app. It also serves to create a complete portal unlike many other apps that serve to fulfill only a specific purpose.
