You have multiple of hands to choose. You also have the ability to set your own background to each hand:
-choose any background from your own library or Camera.
To have a transparent screen alike do the following:
- choose any hand which looks similar to yours
- set the background which will appear behind the hand (Default is black)
- Adjust Brightness,Contrast,Saturation,Hue,Sharpness to make image similar to your hand
- save the result to your photo library.
- set the saved image as your home or lock screen.
- hold the iPhone in the corect position of the selected hand
