Tribe is the human-first platform created to enable team-building and collaboration. We focus on bringing teams the presence, belonging, and ease-of-communication of the physical workplace to the remote environment.
With our app you can easily see who’s around, who’s available to you, and who’s hosting a group call with whom. This in term lets team members communicate with each other on demand, using the right channel for each interaction; either by joining someone else’s call, creating another one entirely, or sharing a quick text or video-message to be replied at your teammate’s own pace or availability.
Tribe is all about giving remote teams their souls back by allowing for quick and unscheduled interactions, without being a stranger to longer and routine comms. This reinforces a culture of collaboration and community within the organizations and humanizes remote work one team at a time.
