광활한 은하계 그곳에는 여러 외계행성이 존재한다. 그 중 머나먼 또바또 행성에서 살고있는 ‘또바또’는 시공간을 이동하며 우주로부터 그들의 생명자원인 별보석을 수집하는 임무를 마치고 평화롭게 자신들의 행성으로 돌아가던 중 고대 외계 몬스터로부터 공격을 받아 수집한 수많은 별보석들이 산산조각난 채로 잃게 되고, 심지어 그 조각들은 여러 행성으로 떨어져 버렸다. ‘또바또’들은 조각들을 회수하기 위해 여러 행성을 방문하게 되지만 도착한 각 행성에는 이미 별보석의 힘을 노리는 몬스터들이 다시 나타나 행성을 위협하고 행성의 주민들은 별보석을 찾으러온 ‘또바또’에게 도움을 요청하는데..
