1. TZ OTP 발급 및 타기관등록
1) 발 급
- TZ OTP 발급 가능 금융회사(산업은행)에 내방 또는 비대면 실명확인(2018.1월 기준)
- TZ OTP 발급 신청서를 작성(TZ 고유번호 및 전화번호 제출)하고, 신분증 제출
* 발급 가능 고객 : TrustZone 영역을 제공하는 스마트폰* 소지자 중 개인뱅킹 고객(개인 사업자 포함)
* 안드로이드 OS 7.0(N, 누가) 이상, Galaxy S6, Galaxy Note5, Galaxy A5 2016 edition 이상
2) TZ OTP 타기관등록
- 신분증 및 OTP발생기(스마트폰)를 지참하고 금융회사에 내방하거나,
- 인터넷뱅킹, WTS 등 금융회사에 접속하여 “OTP 타기관등록” 메뉴를 선택하고, 해당 TZ OTP의 일련번호 및 벤더코드를 입력한 후, 공인인증서 등을 통해 타기관등록
2. 이용방법
1) 활성화
- (활성화란?) 고객이 해당 스마트폰에서 OTP를 발생시키기 위해 금융결제원에 스마트폰을 등록하는 절차
- 활성화는 최초 1회만 등록하면 이후 별도 등록 없이 이용 가능
* 단, 공동앱 재설치 또는 스마트폰 변경 시에는 재차 활성화 필요
- 1개의 스마트폰에 다수의 TZ OTP를 발급 및 활성화도 가능.
(단, 발급 금융회사별로는 1개의 TZ OTP만 발급 가능)
2) 이 용
- 자금이체, 공인인증서 재발급 등의 전자금융거래 진행 과정에서 OTP 요구 시 공동앱을 실행하여 OTP 생성
① 금융회사의 인터넷뱅킹, 스마트폰뱅킹, WTS 등에 거래정보 입력
② 공동앱 실행 (스마트폰으로 전달된 푸시메시지를 터치하거나, 직접 실행)
③ 거래정보 확인
④ 확인 버튼을 눌러 OTP 생성
- OTP가 생성되면 고객은 편의에 따라 플로팅 화면*을 출력시킬 수 있으며 플로팅 화면은 약 1분 이후에 자동으로 종료됩니다.
* 플로팅 화면 : 다른 앱의 상단에 출력되며, 이동이 자유로운 화면 구성 방식 (금융회사의 스마트뱅킹 등의 앱과 동시 실행 가능) 1. TZ OTP issued and other institutions register

- Bring your ID and OTP generator (smart phone) and my room on the financial institutions, or
- other organizations registered to access internet banking, WTS such as finance companies, select the "OTP other institutions registered" menu, and enter through the serial number and vendor code of the TZ OTP, certificate, etc.
2. How to use
1) Activation
