This is a license for Ultimate To-Do List, which allows you to use the app beyond the 14 day trial. This is only for those who have purchased the app prior to version 3.0 and do not want to switch to an in-app purchase.
If you are a new user and have not purchased a license, then we recommend making your purchase within the main app. You will find the link to the in-app purchase in the "Add-Ons" area of the settings.
