Un taxi - Aplicación móvil homologada por la ANT, puesta al servicio de la ciudadanía por la UNIÓN DE COOPERATIVAS DE TRANSPORTE EN TAXIS DEL GUAYAS. Un taxi brinda mayor accesibilidad, calidad, seguridad e inmediatez del servicio al cliente que cualquiera de las aplicaciones existentes. Está orientada a taxis amarillos regularizados que cuentan con kit de seguridad y monitoreo las 24 horas.
- Facilidades de Un taxi
• Más de 12 mil vehículos amarillos en toda la provincia, siempre cerca de ti
• Tarifa vigente con precios módicos
• Solicita el vehículo más cercano en solo dos pasos (Ver en la parte superior)
• Comunícate con el conductor vía telefónica o por mensajes de voz vía Internet (al estilo radio frecuencia)
• Conoce el valor aproximado a pagar y el tiempo de tu servicio antes de solicitarlo haciendo uso del tarifario
• Corrobora el valor a pagar por tu servicio haciendo uso del taxímetro (solo como referencia hasta concluir el proceso de homologación)
• Sigue la trayectoria del vehículo en tiempo real hasta tu origen y hacia tu destino
• Evalúa el servicio y ayúdanos a mejorarlo
• Si no posees Internet llama desde la aplicación al Call Center de la Unión y solicita el servicio.
