With UrgentCallsOnly you can simply block the first call and send an SMS automatically.
If a person calls again after reading your automatic SMS, the second call won't get blocked!
With Urgent Calls Only you can:
1. Choose a message to send automatically when the first call is blocked.
2. After the caller got bloked, he has 3 minutes to call again. If the same person calls again after reading your message, his second call won't get blocked.
