US States contains very basic information for each of the 50 states of America, such as the capital city, time zones, and population. It also shows the location of the state capital.
This is a free app with no advertisements!

How to install US States APK for Android [menu]
Download US States APK file (com.marwfair.usstates_1_2163738.apk) from SameAPK.com, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
- Check the Unknown Sources box
- Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
- Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
- Tap the APK file you downloaded (com.marwfair.usstates_1_2163738.apk)
- Tap Install when prompted, the APK file you downloaded will be installed on your device.
