You will need a device with ROOT permits and install a custom kernel that will add the keyboard driver.

Download USB KeyPad Buttons (ROOT) APK file (dado.fbutton_1_1234387.apk) from SameAPK.com, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
- Check the Unknown Sources box
