This App is for technicians of the US Trotting Association (USTA). It is used to upload animal microchip numbers. Use is restricted to technicians working on behalf of the USTA.
USTA Members looking to check the identity of a horse by scanning its microchip should download the app USTA Chip ID, also available from Google Play
