We all are so used to paying surge, that we don't realize you can get a UTOO at the surge you pay. We offer all our rides without any surge price. At UTOO, we also look at the aspects of making your entire ride experience a worthy one. How does it feel when you don't find enough leg-space? How does it feel when the cab you board in is not clean? We know how it feels, and that is why we at take extra care in providing you with spacious and clean cabs, so that, you can have a seamless journey.
Currently, we operate in three cities - Chennai, Hyderabad and Bengaluru. We will soon be expanding our cab services in your other cities to ensure a hassle-free commute for you too.
How does the UTOO Cabs app work?
1) When you open the app, it picks your location automatically
2) Enter your drop location, choose your preferred cab type, and select ride now
3) The app will pick the nearest cab for you and share the cab/driver details with you
4) While waiting, you can also track your cab's arrival on the app
5) Board a UTOO on arrival and have a hassle-free commute
6) On reaching your destination, you can pay for the ride by cash or digital wallet.
How do I book a UTOO Cab for others?
1) When you open the app, enter the pick-up and your drop location of the person you are booking for
2) Choose the Ride now option
3) Then, choose the booking for me tab and choose the option to "Book for others"
4) Enter the contact details of the person you are booking the cab for
5) Choose the preferred cab type, and select ride now
6) The app will pick the nearest cab and share the cab/driver details with you
7) While waiting, you can also track your cab's arrival on the app
8) Board a UTOO on arrival and have a hassle-free commute
9) On reaching your destination, you can pay for the ride by cash or digital wallet.

Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
- Check the Unknown Sources box
- Confirm with OK
