Vaincoeur est un programme d’accompagnement personnalisé de 12 semaines qui a pour but de permettre à chacun d’être maître de son rétablissement.

* UNE EXPERIENCE PERSONNALISÉE : Un rapide questionnaire détermine votre profil et permet de définir vos besoins de manière individualisée.
* DES ARTICLES ADAPTÉS : Le programme Vaincœur vous propose des articles d'information sur 6 thématiques différentes : Soins, Médicament, Tabac, Activité, Nutrition, Stress.
* UN RAPPEL MÉDICAMENTS : Pour être assuré(e) de ne jamais oublier votre traitement, Vaincoeur inclut un module de rappel de prise.
