Using this app, you can create and share secret keys that you can then use to encrypt and decrypt messages using the Vernam Cipher. This implementation acts as a one time pad as it discards the part of the key used to encrypt/decrypt messages.

How to install Vernam Cipher APK for Android [menu]
Download Vernam Cipher APK file (com.aptasystems.vernamcipher_16_3578976.apk) from SameAPK.com, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)

- Download And Install one Emulator Softwares (Ex: Bluestacks, GenyMotion, NoxPlayer)
