El App de Vídeo Monitoreo para Negocios, es la herramienta que Tigo Business provee para acceder desde dispositivos móviles al Portal de Monitoreo y almacenamiento del servicio de cámaras en la nube de Tigo.
Las cámaras se visualizan en tiempo real, de manera individual o por grupos.
Se puede consultar vídeos grabados hasta 3 días atrás conforme programación realizada por el cliente en la sección de grabaciones del portal.
Para acceder al portal de Video Monitoreo para Negocios, es necesario que el cliente conozca la dirección de su instancia en el portal, identificación de usuario (correo electrónico reportado en la documentación de contratación) y la contraseña. Se requiere que el dispositivo móvil tenga acceso al internet.
La responsabilidad del uso apropiado de los datos de acceso (usuario y contraseña) es completa y total de parte del usuario mismo, así como del uso éste le dé a los vídeos monitoreados.
