This is a Customer Service Suite for clients using Vizz Media products and services.
You can raise Requests and Complaints for Technical, Billing or General Queries that you may have pertaining to your account with us.
HOW IT WORKS:
1. Add a Product: Simple add products and services that you have subscribed to from Vizz Media.
- You can also safely store important information like Invoice and Account Information.
2. My Products: View all your products & services in one place.
3. Create a Ticket: Whenever you face an issue, simple raise a ticket by answering a few basic questions and customer support team shall get in touch with you.
4. My Tickets: View progress on your tickets from one place. Reply or add details pertaining to issues in a single thread.
EMAIL ALERTS: You get email alerts whenever a customer support executive replies to your tickets.
REQUEST A CALL BACK: Interested in a new product or require additional information, simple request a call back and we'll call you at your preferred date and time .
