This is an icon set for multiple launchers, you must have one of these launchers in order for it to work

A regular user has reported that the system apps are themed in Next Launcher, and manually changing other icons works normally .
This is a set of square matte pink icons with a pressed partially translucent center icon, and a white border. This set also includes a matching icon mask
This set has over 600 square icons. These HD icons are all crafted at 155x155 pixels at 72 DPI. These larger icons work well for customizable widget apps like Slide Launcher and Circle Launcher. After many years of trying to come up with unique and catchy names for icon sets and themes, I have given up. The new naming convention for icon sets is VM(The number of the set design-(Color of the icon set).
