Voice Out is a free* Text-to-speech TTS client that makes your device speak texts with the Android Text-to-speech Engine TTS.
Voice Out helps you read in foreign languages. Simply copy the text to the text box or type a text and the application helps you convert the text into voice. Make your device say anything you want in foreign languages.
This application aims to be simple and without useless features or options and accesses your device clipboard to get the copied text so you don't need to paste it manually. (Only works for Android 3.0 and up)
For educators, parents or students (everyone). You can use this application to learn about pronunciation of different languages.
Your device must have a Text-to-Speech engine installed in order to make it work.
To check if you have a Text-to-speech Engine installed, go to Settings -> Accessibility -> System -> Text-to-speech output. If you don’t have any, just go to the play store and install one.
Tested on Sony Xperia Z3+, Sony Xperia Z Ultra, Sony Xperia Z, Samsung Galaxy Note 2 and Samsung Galaxy S3 with the following TTS Engines:

You must restart the app after changing the language.
*NOTE: This application is Ad-supported that's why it requires "android.permission.INTERNET" and "android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE". If you don't like the Ads you can consider on purchasing the Voice Out Pro for just a dollar :)
How to install Voice Out TTS Client APK for Android [menu]
Download Voice Out TTS Client APK file (com.rosaneng.voiceout_15_2833442.apk) from SameAPK.com, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
- Check the Unknown Sources box
- Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
- Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
- Tap the APK file you downloaded (com.rosaneng.voiceout_15_2833442.apk)
- Tap Install when prompted, the APK file you downloaded will be installed on your device.

Download Voice Out TTS Client APK file(com.rosaneng.voiceout_15_2833442.apk) from SameAPK.com to your PC (ex: /Users/xxx/Downloads/(com.rosaneng.voiceout_15_2833442.apk)), then follow these steps:
Using Emulator:
- Download And Install one Emulator Softwares (Ex: Bluestacks, GenyMotion, NoxPlayer)
