OpenVX is a new industry standard for high performance embedded vision. You can experience accelerated OpenVX running on an Android device yourself by installing and running our visual effects app, VXView.
VXView captures live video from your devices camera, extracts the prominent edges using the Canny edge detection algorithm and then displays these edges over the live camera view. It's a fun visual effect and at the same time demonstrates the power of OpenVX technology.
