Now with FREE data synchronization! Setup an account and then share the data with all of your devices and the data will be automatically backed up in the cloud too. Enter data on your phone then view on your tablet.
Warfarin blood thinner tracking is simple app created to track INR levels and Warfarin (blood thinner) dose. You easily review your INR levels vs Warfarin dosage on the graph and show your doctor. You can also email all of your Warfarin and INR entries made in the app to your doctor.
