Description:
- Watch file explorer;
- Check your watch folders and files using the watch app or the companion phone app.
Features:
- Check your watch's internal storage files;
- Add or remove favorites;
- Create folders;
- Rename/Delete/Copy/Cut folders and files;
- Send files to your phone (requires phone app installed);
- Share files with apps on your watch (if there is an app available);
- Check your watch apps installed;
- Generate apk of installed apps;
- Check hidden folders and files;
- Change the folder view style;
- Launch apps;
- Open files (if there is an app available);
- Check the watch's available storage space;
- Check folder creation date;
- Check folder size.
Warnings and Alerts:
- This application is for Wear OS;
- The phone app is an extension of the watch app;
- The phone app does not show files from the phone, only from the watch;
- Be careful while deleting/renaming folders and files;
- To send a file from the watch to the phone, it is necessary that the phone app is installed and that both apps are running;
- Some functions require extra permission;
- Watch app has two view styles: grid (2 columns) and list.
- Phone app has three view styles: grid (2 columns), grid (3 columns), and list.
- The view style does not apply to the home screen;
- Files sent to the phone are saved in the phone's Download folder.
- No data is collected by the developer.
Instructions:
= First time running:
- Open the watch app;
- Grant permission;
- Follow the instructions to grant extra permission.
= Open a folder:
- Open the app;
- Click on "Internal";
- Click on the desired folder.
= Add/Remove favorite:
- Open the app;
- Click on "Internal";
- Click on the desired folder;
- Click on the favorite icon (star icon).
= Check folder/file options (Rename, Delete, Copy, Cut, Send to phone and Share):
- Open the app;
- Open the desired folder;
- Tap and hold the folder/file.
= Rename a folder/file:
- Open the app;
- Tap and hold the folder/file;
- Click on "Rename";
- Enter the new name and confirm.
= Delete a folder/file:
- Open the app;
- Tap and hold the folder/file;
- Click on "Delete";
- Confirm.
= Copy a folder/file:
- Open the app;
- Tap and hold the folder/file;
- Click on "Copy".
= Cut a folder/file:
- Open the app;
- Tap and hold the folder/file;
- Click on "Cut".
= Check folder more option (Paste and Create folder):
- Open the app;
- Open the desired folder;
- Click on more (three dots).
= Paste a folder/file:
- Open the app;
- Open the destination folder more option;
- Click on "Paste".
= Create a folder:
- Open the app;
- Open the destination folder more option;
- Click on "Create folder";
- Enter the folder name and confirm.
= Check folder size / last modified date / path:
- Open the app;
- Open the desired folder;
- Click on the folder name on the top.
= Check the watch apps:
- Open the app;
- Click on "Watch apps".
= Generate an apk from a watch app*:
- Open the app;
- Click on "Watch apps";
- Tap and hold the desired app;
- Click on "Apk".
* The apk is saved on the download folder.
= Show hidden folders/files:
- Open the app;
- Click on "Settings";
- Toggle the option "Show hidden files".
= Change the view style:
- Open the app;
- Click on "Settings";
- Click on the desired style icon.
