On the horizontal line, you can see 52 weeks, and every row of weeks makes up one year of your life. On the vertical plane, you can see how many years you have lived and how many years you have left. You can either search for a specific week or zoom in into the table and select a week of your choice. Once you do that, you can highlight the week in any color you wish, and you can add a note. You can also colorize a whole block of your life, e.g. high school, career, marriage.
