App allows you to convert MS Word files like Doc, Docx, RTF or Open Office formats such as odt, ott to txt text format or even to doc, docx, pdf and xps.
Special feature of app is to operate completely offline without using the Internet.
App supports input file formats are: rtf, doc, docx, dot, dotx, dotm, docm, odt, ott
Output formats supported are : txt, doc, docx, pdf, xps
User manual guide:
1. If files you want to convert are located on internal memory of phone (for example, for phone without a memory card, this is the original memory of the phone), select the "Select Word file"
2. If files you want to convert are located on a memory card or on cloud services like Dropbox, Google Driver, or One Driver, select "File Manager" to select your word files.
3. Select the file format to export, default is the text file txt. You can change it to doc, docx, pdf or xps.
If you select the output format txt the app will allow you to view the content of the output file or copy the text, open the text file or share the text file through other applications.
4. Successfull converted files are saved in folder : SDCard/Word2Text
It also has a built-in file manager that allows you to open, view, rename, or share files.
