Descripción:
-Un pendiente(Tema, Asunto) es, en nuestro caso, algo no terminado o un aviso y que consta de los siguientes elementos: una clase (vacaciones), tiene una prioridad (baja), dirigida a (una o más personas), fecha y hora a partir de la cual será visible a destinatarios, un asunto y un contenido. Un buen manejo de clase, asunto y contenido permite expresar cualquier idea.
Los objetivos de esta aplicación son:
- Manejar los pendientes a través de 2 bandejas principales "Inbox y Sent", así como la programación para hacerlos visible en dia y hora en el futuro, además se les puede dar seguimiento a algunos que no se han concluido.
- Manejar los pendientes a través de las clasificaciones por usuario (By users) y por asunto (By subject) unido a las pantallas generales de búsqueda proporciona un excelente historial dentro de la empresa.
- Intercambiar instrucciones precisas de trabajo complementarias a las actividades frecuentes e informaciones breves entre los empleados agilizándose los procedimientos de: proyectos, informar de errores en algún registro, recordatorios e informaciones de eventos, vacantes, capacitación, nómina, gestión, vacaciones, de tiempo x tiempo, backup.
- Interactuar brevemente - 190 caracteres máximo- con mis compañeros sobre temas que deben registrarse permanentemente, como son los anteriores.
- Registrar ciertas cuestiones personales, por ejemplo pago de la luz, mantto del carro,...,lo único que debes tener en cuenta es que, aunque no es visible a terceros, se registra en la base de datos.
