Whether you’re trying to configure your smart thermostat or FaceTime with your grandkids, Concierge Tech Support is ready to assist. You do not need this service for help or support with Xfinity service issues (i.e., Xfinity cable, Internet, voice or Home services) or for equipment leased to you by Xfinity (i.e., set-top boxes, modems or other equipment leased from and owned by Comcast).
Concierge Tech Support provides customers one-click chat or call access to a US-based tech concierge for help with:
• Troubleshooting issues you’re having with your family’s connected technology: including mobile phones, tablets, laptops, desktop computers, gaming systems, home security systems, smart TVs, smart thermostats, car Bluetooth, and more.
• Backing up data and cloud storage: simplify the myriad of content backed up in multiple places and eliminate duplicate content taking up valuable space on the families’ technology.
• Performance and Virus support: help ensure the household’s technology is protected from viruses and spyware/malware.
• Configuring a wireless network and solving connectivity issues: get help ensuring connected devices work together like printing from your mobile phone or tablet to your wireless printer.
• Synching or transferring content across platforms: avoid being bounced around with a one-stop support for connected technology. Synch your Apple iPad with your Android mobile phone.
