The Youth Congress Election Authority (YCEA) is an internal body of the Indian Youth Congress. YCEA administers internal elections for the Indian Youth Congress and its Pradesh Committees across India.
Till recently these Elections were held using Ballot papers and Ballot boxes. After the pilot project in Chandigarh Pradesh Youth Congress elections in 2017 these election will be held on handheld devices using the Electronic Voting Application (EVA).
This application is a PRACTICE version of the main EVA. It has been released so that the Candidates may benefit by using this to give practice to their voters.
