Zen-Master app will help you:
- to develop conscious everyday living
- to gradually improve continuous daily consciousness ,
- to train, using daily generated tips created with a special psymoct-zen law
- to choose from given meditation topics, create your own or set up a random choice of zen-koans
- to improve your consciousness
- to develop the ability to remain in a meditative state all day
- to develop certain qualities or good habits (simply enter your own subject and concentrate on it when you receive generated clues).
Each day of a 7 day training cycle has its unique rhythmological characteristics.
Practicing concentration technique at different times during the day, over 7 consecutive days, will have a strong potential to positively change your life.
