Team Zero of Sabah emerged as the winners of the Maharaja Lawak 2014 held at the Putra Stadium in the National Capital Friday.Team Zero beat 4 other finalist,and walked away with RM500,000 as prize money.
Team Zero comprise of 3 brothers hailing from Kudat Sabah.Prior to venturing into their newly found fame,the brothers were mainly fisherman and labor workers.
The program was also aired live over Astro.Prizes for the winners was presented by veteran comedian Datuk Jamali Shadat.
The judges at the finals of the reality show judged through a scoring format by way of SMS (30%) while the remaining 70% were from the judges themselves.
