La aplicación para el Control Inteligente de Desperdicios, es una herramienta ideal para profesionales de la cocina, que le ayuda a identificar cuándo y dónde se genera la mayor parte del malgasto, con el fin de ahorrar dinero.
Simplemente bastará con separar los restos orgánicos, según su procedencia, en tres cubos distintos: los desperdicios por deterioro, los desechos generados en el proceso de preparación y los restos de comida procedentes de los platos del cliente. Durante tres días, dichos restos serán pesados después de cada servicio de comida y cena y los datos introducidos en la app, que finalmente nos facilitará una media de los desechos generados por cubierto, día y servicio.
La app va a identificar en qué parte del proceso se generan más residuos en comparación con la media del sector y cuánto dinero se podría ahorrar por semana reduciendo los desperdicios un 20%.
