"Califica SUSALUD" es una aplicación móvil para el registro de las encuestas de satisfacción de atención a los Administrados y otros interesados como parte de la instrucción del Proceso Administrativo Sancionador (PAS) que realiza la Intendencia de Fiscalización y Sanción - IFIS, en el marco del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad de la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud.
El presente aplicativo móvil de descarga gratuita desarrollado por la Intendencia de Investigación y Desarrollo de SUSALUD, soporta el registro de encuestas a través de equipos tablets o smartphone, permitiendo medir la satisfacción del público ante las atenciones que la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud brinda en forma presencial y telefónica, referidas a los PAS en los que son parte o sobre los aspectos generales de la potestad sancionadora de SUSALUD.
