Con la aplicación SUSALUD Móvil, la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud busca brindar más y mejores servicios a todos los usuarios de los servicios de salud.
En esta primera etapa, desde tu celular smartphone y/o tablet puedes consultar los datos más importantes de tu afiliación al Aseguramiento Universal en Salud, normada por la Ley N° 29344 y sus
normas complementarias (RS Nº 042-2011-SUNASA/CD y RS Nº 081-2015-SUSALUD/S). A través del ingreso del Tipo y Número de documento de identidad, podrás conocer:
- Institución Administradora de Fondos de Aseguramiento en Salud (IAFAS) a las que pertenece la persona.
- Fecha de inicio de la afiliación.
- Fecha de fin de la afiliación.
- Régimen de Aseguramiento.
- Tipo de Plan de Salud.
Próximamente estaremos integrando a esta aplicación nuevos servicios.
