The Deck of Cards workout is very simple. Enter the names of the workouts you want to do, and each workout is assigned to a suit. A standard 52 card Deck is then shuffled and a random card is pulled. You do the number of reps on the card to the workout of the corresponding suit.
Examples
Four of Hearts: 4 Pushups
Six of Clubs: 6 Burpees
King of Spades: 13 Body Squats
You can change any of the default workouts to suit your exercise needs, or you can just leave it blank to keep the classic deck of cards workout.
