EVA runs on these minimum versions or higher: Epicor ERP version 10.2.400 and Prophet 21 version 2019.1.
EVA must be enabled in Epicor ERP or Prophet 21 by your system administrator.
EVA is linked to your Epicor ERP or Prophet 21 login.
