Flow journal focuses on self-discovery and gaining clarity for yourself through journaling and mindfulness.

After the meditation is over, you can either end the session or journal down some hard to dismiss thoughts or feelings. Those hard to dismiss thoughts or feelings require our extra care and attention to either resolve or be mindful of. If we leave them unaddressed, they might end up harming our mind and body. It is important to write those thoughts and emotions down. It is almost like a conversation with ourselves.
You can also rate your meditation, reflect on your thoughts, emotions, and view your weekly insights to see how you are doing every week.
