• to inform, motivate and activate Just Brands employees
• to stimulate interaction between Just Brands colleagues
• to inspire the JB Crew with new campaigns, challenges and fun quizzes
• to provide general information, like annual planning, schedules and news
• to use the onboarding module for new employees
• to share an inspiring Pilot Post with a question or a statement 3 times a week
• to use JBS Inside as a social wall to keep each other up to date
• to meet the Crew using colleague pics from all the stores and departments
• to offer different training programs for employees to develop and grow
