Cokelat adalah nama Grup musik asal Bandung, Indonesia. Grup musik ini memilih nama "Cokelat" karena mereka ingin musik yang mereka suguhkan bisa dinikmati oleh semua kalangan, seperti halnya makanan cokelat.
Cokelat berdiri pada tanggal 25 Juni 1996, dan sampai saat ini masih aktif dalam mewarnai panggung blantika musik Indonesia.
Setelah vokalis pertama Kikan berpisah dengan Cokelat, Cokelat mengumumkan personel barunya yaitu Sarah Hadju, finalis Indonesian Idol Musim Keempat.
Pada tanggal 19 Desember 2011, Sang vokalis Siti Sabariah Hadju alias Sarah Hadju resmi mengundurkan diri dari grup band ini dikarenakan ketidak cocokan Sarah dengan band ini. Band ini telah memiliki vokalis baru sebagai pengganti Sarah, yaitu Jackline Rossy Natalia Mboeik alias J. Pada April 2014 Ernest mengundurkan diri untuk meniti karier di luar musik.
