1. E-Signature: Technicians and Drivers would now be able to see an E-Signature button in both Tech/Driver profiles, once an event is marked ‘Repaired’ till it is marked ‘Completed’. Clicking on that E- signature button would allow them to scribble their signatures on device.

REACH24 also helps Service Providers to choose the core services and hours of service that best fit their operations. This allows the ecosystem to compete for specific services and maximizes the positive impact to the driver.
