Rep Converter will convert a weight with reps to your 1 rep max, 5 rep max, 10 rep max, 15 rep max. Anything from 1 to 40 reps will be displayed. There's also a calculation to display the 'rack-able' weights, by rounding down to the nearest 5 pounds.
Quick conversion and uses Epley and Brzycki calculations to allow you to calculate what works best for you.
The conversions are estimates and should be used as a guide.
Pounds and Kilos are supported, the weights are just displayed without any units.
