Szanowni Państwo,
Z dumą i radością zapraszamy do Krakowa na XXII Zjazd Polskiego Towarzystwa Chirurgii Onkologicznej i poprzedzającą go XXXIII Konferencję Naukowo-Szkoleniową PTChO. Zjazd PTChO odbywa się w nietypowym terminie - od 16 do 17 września 2016 r. Powodem zmiany jest odbywający się w Krakowie (od 14 do 16 września 2016 r.) - po raz pierwszy w Polsce - kongres European Society of Surgical Oncology, w którego programie znajdą się wykłady polskich ekspertów; ponadto część sesji będzie tłumaczona symultanicznie na język polski. Uznaliśmy, że święto europejskiej chirurgii onkologicznej warto połączyć z najważniejszym corocznym wydarzeniem dla polskich chirurgów onkologicznych - kolejnym Zjazdem PTChO. Oba te ważne dla naszej społeczności wydarzenia odbędą się zatem w łączności czasowej w tym samym nowoczesnym centrum kongresowym (ICE Kraków), niemal vis-a-vis Wzgórza Wawelskiego.
Program Zjazdu PTChO obejmie wszystkie zagadnienia będące obszarem zainteresowań chirurgów onkologów - w szczególności raka jelita grubego, raka piersi, czerniaki, mięsaki tkanek miękkich, nowotwory gruczołów dokrewnych i wielu innych. W programie planujemy uwzględnienie stałych elementów naszych dorocznych spotkań, m.in.: spotkanie Konsultantów Wojewódzkich, Rejestr GIST oraz sesje przygotowane przez Sekcje PTChO, a także Sesję Młodych i Sesję Pielęgniarską. Zjazdowi - tradycyjnie - będzie towarzyszył kurs wprowadzający do specjalizacji z chirurgii onkologicznej. Podczas Zjazdu odbędzie się także Walne Wyborcze Zgromadzenie Członków Towarzystwa, podczas którego wspólnie dokonamy elekcji nowego Zarządu i Prezesa-Elekta PTChO.
Zachęcamy, aby przygotowywać doniesienia zjazdowe, które Państwa ośrodki będą mogły zaprezentować podczas Zjazdu. Intencją Komitetu Naukowego, Organizacyjnego oraz Zarządu PTChO jest aby nasze zjazdy były okazją do wymiany praktycznych doświadczeń klinicznych i otwartej dyskusji.

With pride and joy we invite you to Krakow for the XXII Congress of the Polish Society of Surgical Oncology and its forerunner XXXIII Scientific Conference PTChO. Congress PTChO takes place in an unusual time - from 16 to 17 September 2016. The reason for the change is taking place in Krakow (from 14 to 16 September 2016). - For the first time in Poland - Congress of the European Society of Surgical Oncology, whose program there will be lectures Polish experts; Moreover, part of the session will be simultaneously translated into Polish. We decided that the feast of European cancer surgery should be combined with the most important annual event for the Polish surgeons oncology - the next Congress PTChO. Both of these important community event will take place therefore in communication at the same time a modern convention center (ICE Kraków), almost vis-a-vis the Wawel Hill.
The program Congress PTChO will cover all the issues that are the concern of surgeons oncologists - in particular colon cancer, breast cancer, melanoma, soft tissue sarcomas, tumors of the endocrine glands and many others. In the program, we plan to take into account constant elements of our annual meetings, m.in .: Meeting Consultants Provincial Registry GIST and sessions prepared by Sections PTChO, as well as Session of Young and session Nursing. Downhill - traditionally - it will be accompanied by an introductory course for specialization in oncological surgery. During the Congress will also include the General Election Meeting of Members of the Society, during which collectively make the election of a new Board of Directors and the President-Elect PTChO.
We encourage you to prepare reports downhill, which centers you will be able to present at the Congress. The intention of the Scientific Committee and the Organizing Board of PTChO is that our conventions are an opportunity to exchange practical clinical experience and open discussion.
